Cancellation Policy

At Shuddha Danta, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair to ensure a smooth experience for all customers.

1. Cancellation Timeframe

Order cancellations can only be accepted if the cancellation request is made before the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is accepted, we will initiate the refund process. Please note:

• Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
• A 2.5% gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover transaction fees.
• The remaining refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method (cardholder’s account).
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Some orders may not be eligible for cancellation, including but not limited to:

• Orders that have already been dispatched or shipped.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products marked as final sale or non-refundable during the purchase process.

Please check your order details carefully at the time of purchase.

5. Partial Cancellations

If you want to cancel only part of your order (for example, some items in a multi-item order), please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. Partial cancellations are subject to the same conditions as full cancellations.

6. Cancellation Confirmation

After you request a cancellation, our team will confirm the status of your cancellation by email or phone within 24 hours. Please wait for this confirmation before assuming your cancellation has been processed.
